ALCOHOL STAINS
Rinse the stained area in cold water from the back of the stain, forcing it out the way it came in.
Gently rub liquid laundry detergent directly onto the stained area, then let sit for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
If stains persist, soak the stained garment in one litre of warm water with one teaspoon of enzyme presoak agent for 30 minutes, stirring the water and the fabric briskly or rub the fabric together with itself to remove the stain.
Launder the garment in the hottest water temperature recommended for the fabric. Do not dry until the stain is completely removed.
Please do seek professional assistance before taking too great a risk with your fabrics!
Do not launder any fabrics whose care label states no washing, please check your label symbols and refer to our debunking care labels section in Advice page to confirm symbols if unsure.
