GLUE STAINS

For water-based glues and adhesives, use a spoon to remove as much residue from the stained area as possible. Then, gently rub petroleum jelly directly onto the stain to remove any remaining glue pieces from the fabric.

Rub dishwashing liquid into the affected area and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat as necessary, then wash in hottest water safe for materials.
