Talk to us... We have many different facets of service, however you prefer your ironing, laundry or drycleaning please tell us so we can show your garments the special attention you'd prefer.
Starch Choices...If your ironing was not crisp enough for your lifestyle, perhaps you would like double starch or Olde Fashioned liquid starch (which we call 'ecrisp')? Please let us know, we aim to please!
Other Services...We love to give offer the best possible service hence we also do many other personal services such as MONOGRAMMING, WEDDING VALET AND TAILORING, just ask our lovely ladies on your next visit!
Responsibility...On the bottom of every docket is my name and the Lady who helped provide our special service. This "Service Lady" is responsible for your satisfaction and is required to redo any unsatisfactory work upon request. We love our laundry so you can too. Should you ever have any enquiries, or feedback please do not hesitate to email or call us with comments or questions
Remember plastics are for travelling and if garments are left inside too long they will be creased into the bag, shape especially on steamy and wet days.
We are a family owned business and have been in operation for 7 years with 30 on our team. We take great pride in our business, service and quality so please don't be shy, mistakes happen occasionally, just let us know quickly and we can rectify the issue - no matter how big or small you may think it is.
