On the bottom of every docket is my name and the Lady who helped provide the special service. This "Service Lady" is responsible for your satisfaction and is required to redo any unsatisfactory work upon request. We love our laundry so you can too.

Remember plastics are for travelling and if garments are left inside too long they will be creased into the bag, losing shape (especially on steamy and wet days).
