Therapeutic uses:
Nausea
To help comfort mild nausea from travel (travel sickness) and pregnancy (‘morning sickness’), spray into the air and inhale. Alternatively, spray onto a tissue and deeply inhale. Repeat every 3-4 hours as required.
If significant nausea persists, seek medical advice.
Coughs & congestion
Spray into the air (or on a tissue) and inhale to help temporarily relieve coughs and nasal congestion.
Aches & pains
To help temporarily relieve aching joints, spray topically onto affected area
Tension headache
To help temporarily alleviate tension headache spray Peppermint Spray into the air and inhale, or inhale the aroma on a tissue. Repeat as required.
Do not spray near eyes.
Personal uses:
Foot odour
Peppermint is cooling and refreshing on feet – particularly in summer – and helps combat foot odour. Spray directly onto feet and in shoes, to refresh and deodorise.
Mental alertness
With a fresh minty aroma Bosisto’s Peppermint Spray gives a feeling of wellbeing and may assist as a pick-me-up when focus and concentration is needed. Spray into the air, or onto a tissue and then inhale deeply. Repeat as required.
Household uses:
Deodorising & bins
Freshen and deodorise drawers, cupboards, pet areas and rubbish bins with Bosisto’s Peppermint Spray. Leaves a long-lasting, minty aroma.
Freshening sheets & pillows
Spray onto sheets, mattresses or pillows to freshen and deodorise. Especially refreshing when suffering colds & flu.
Other uses:
Pet areas
Spray sparingly to freshen dog bedding and kennels.
Note: Essential oils can be of benefit to pets. However it is important to remember that the skin of animals is much more sensitive than that of humans and essential oils should be used sparingly and with caution. Essential oils can also be poisonous if used incorrectly. Importantly, never use essential oils directly onto the skin of cats.
